Meeting client needs
Nextt Health provides a quality service ensuring that clients’ needs are met as closely as possible. This involves matching care workers to individual clients, considering their needs and preferences for issues such as culture, gender and personality. We also meet the care and support requirements for clients with the minimum number of staff possible, maintaining continuity and quality in our service.
Clients Rights
Nextt Health respects the rights of clients at all times. The following consumer rights are upheld:
- the equal right to receive services, despite race, religion, health, ability, culture or location
- the right to be respected as an individual
- the right to be treated with dignity
- the right to privacy and confidentiality 
- the right to develop and fulfil individual potential
- the right to be assessed for services without discrimination or prejudice
- the right to be informed and consulted regarding the services being used and/or potentially used
- the right to information regarding oneself held by Nextt Health 
- the right to be in control of the services and support provided, through the provision of information and choice 
- the right to pursue a complaint about service provision without the fear of retribution
- the right to involve a family member, friend or other spokesperson as an advocate
- the right to receive a good quality of service
- the right to know that the service is accountable
- the right to refuse a service.
