Resident Recovery Program
The Resident Recovery Program provides individualised, flexible and responsive support to individuals with a mental illness living in private boarding houses and hostels.  Program participants will have access to a range of services and supports underpinned by recovery principles. 
The Resident Recovery Program aims to:
- Assist  individuals with planning and achieving their personal recovery goals
- Support individuals to build social connection, community integration and personally meaningful relationships 
- Reduce risk of relapse, homelessness and hospitalisation  
Eligibility Criteria
- Primary diagnosis of a moderate to severe mental  illness
- Adult aged 18 years and over
- Has recently been discharged (or soon to be discharged) from Princess Alexandra Hospital inpatient mental health care into a private boarding house or hostel, or
- Is currently living in a private boarding house or hostel and is being actively case managed by the Princess Alexandra Mental Health Service, and
- Agrees to fully participate in a recovery based support program to achieve their goals
Regions Covered 
The program services the catchment area of the Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) Mental Health Service. 
Referral Process
Nextt Health will accept referrals to the Resident Recovery Program from:    
- PAH Mental Health Staff
- General Practitioners
- Case Managers 
- Hostel Managers
- Consumers
Referrals will be prioritised based on need.
